Previously, Sonny served as Vice President of Global Revenue and Sales Organizations for Avis Budget Group, a Fortune 500 company, where he led international commercial teams, scaled global sales operations, and drove top-line performance across multiple markets. His leadership played a key role in delivering strategic transformations and measurable revenue growth for one of the world’s largest mobility brands.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, Sonny has successfully founded, operated, and exited businesses, including franchise ventures that were strategically acquired, scaled, and sold in alignment with aggressive ROI targets. He is also the Founder and Operator of Complaint Technologies of Florida LLC, the exclusive distributor of cutting-edge, nonlethal peacekeeping technologies used by law enforcement, security, and EMS professionals nationwide. Across his ventures, Sonny consistently combines strategic business acumen with tactical field insight to deliver sustainable, scalable value.
In addition, Sonny founded Advance Sales Consulting (ASC), a firm that provides fractional sales leadership to small and mid-sized companies. Through ASC, he helps businesses design and execute growth strategies, build resilient sales infrastructures, and accelerate performance toward key revenue targets.
